Bishopston Trading obtain their organic cotton from Gujarat in North India where it is grown from non GM seed and is independently certified as Fair trade by the Fair trade Foundation. Their main fabric is hand woven in KV Kuppam, helping to support this traditional industry. They also use denim and calico produced by power looms in KV Kuppam from Fair trade certified yarn. Their corduroy, velvet and crochet are also all Fair trade organic cotton.
